Do you know the Chinese Tie Guanyin?

Tieguanyin is a famous oolong tea in China, produced in Wuyishan City, Fujian Province. Legend has it that during the Tang Dynasty, an official passing through Wuyi Mountain found a tea tree while resting by the roadside and picked a few leaves to soak in water.

The tea was fragrant, fresh and delicious, and the officials felt comfortable and admired. Later, the official died because of a great plague, but his friends would come to the tea tree to mourn him every year during Qingming Festival, and also pick tea leaves to drink water. Time and time again, tea became more and more famous.
